• Coordinate the regional S* course mirror site set up and to ensure the necessary updates are made
  
  
• Take care of the students's technical issues and queries at their region
  
  
• Aid in answering queries at the discussion forums / helpdesk hosted on the IVLE
  
  
• Take charge of printing and sending out the S* course certificates to the successful candidates in their region at the end of the course
  
  
• To finalise the selection of the participants from their region for the next S* course and to tell them where to register for it.
  
  
• To assist the S* course lecturer of their region (getting the reading list ready, reminding the lecturer of their discussion forum schedule and informing them where to access the closed forums for grading them, help to compile the participants' s scores for these forums and send the scores to the Exams Committee)
